The Diamond's restaurant, offers ordinary and Macedonian national cuisine using natural and organic foods. We select our wines exclusively from the best Domestic wineries, with an amazing quality. The Hotel and the restaurant, have implemented successfuly ISSO and the HACCAP system for the food safety, according to European Union standards.
